I have been struggling with the SABC TV License and the MBD Inc Attorneys for a year now, threatening me with Legal action for Claims prescribed case. They usually call me by my maiden name, and just for the record I have been married for seven years. The ladies at the Credit Ombuds were very friendly and helpful. They immediately sent me forms to fill in. Being an average citizen not 100% sure of the terminology used. I called back for assistance. The next lady was even more helpful and patient. I have never encountered people who actually take there job seriously and dont charge for the work done. Above all this are friendly and sympathetic. Way to go!!! Credit consumer issues??? I recommend you google the Credit Ombudsman and they will help wherever they can
