I applied for TV license after i applied for a credit at funisher city but my credit application was rejected as i had a loan that time, then i didnt buy any TV set from any store, but SABC still bill me to pay for a TV license while i dont even own any TV set, how do they govern this license as they cannot see nor know if i used the lincense or not and now they handed over my account to the Minnick basson attorneys from something i dont even have.
