Unauthorized Loan Application

On the 25th Jan 2013 i received a notification from MyTransunion that 2 inquiries have been done on the 24th Jan 2013.
I then logged on to [URL Removed] and checked them.
both were from FNB with this info on each:
1. FNB CBM BCC MULTI, REF FNB BR MNG CHRIS HANI (011) 901-0125
2. FNB SMART LOANS, FIRST RAND BANK :- PERSONAL LOAN -ENQ 0860 102 631, MICROLONE.

I called fnb call center and the person i spoke to confirmed that there was an inquiry that was made on the 24th Jan 2013 by Nicholette Mogale and i was also given the Sales Rep Code : 18953.

I then went to FNB Chris Hani and Spoke to Phumzile Nhlapo and asked if they could investigate this and remove the 2 inquiries i never applied for any loan
Phumzile then gave me her email address and said i must put everything on the email and she will take the matter forward. I have sent 2 emails to her on the 30th Jan and 1st Feb and i haven't heard from her.

I decided to put this on hellopeter because i can't go to the branch anymore as i am heavily pregnant and not allowed to leave the house. i don't have airtime to keep calling the call centre or even the branch.
I just need the 2 inquiries to be removed.
