FNB - FOR NO BUSINESS

I have been a client of FNB for many years, and so far I have never ever had any help from FNB. I needed help for a loan. I was told sorry you don't leave enough in my account to apply for a loan. I am a single mom with 2 kids. How the does anyone in this day and age get to leave more than 30% of their salary in their account.

I am now in financial distress, cause my bank of more than 13yrs wont help me. I emailed FNB this morning to ask them to get someone to call me back. I cant go onto internet banking and I cant afford to call them. I am done speaking to people who CANT speak English properly. If I DONT get a call back within the next 24hrs I will close my account and make sure to let everyone know how bad FNB is and if you think its not possible well think again. The power is in the people
