I have a loan that i have been paying for more than a year the problem is when I inform you of any changes you refuse to assist and when I dont pay, I receive these irritating calls. Last year I went on maternity leave from december and I informed you guys and you were not helpful coz i requested to pay R1000 iso R1550 and there was a month I couldnt pay because I could not afford with the salary I've been paid was not suffient and I got a call from a very rude lady and I explained that I will only make arrangement when i'm back from leave which i intially did.
From this month i will be paid the last day of the month since i have resigned and changing my bank account and from next month my pay date will change... Now you want me to go to HR and send letters a whole song & dance, once you dont get your money you will be sending your hounds to harrase me like you did when I was on leave. I try to communicate when there is changes and you NOT helpful at all, whats a person to do.
