Continued Pathetic Service

I received a call from Absa that my vehicle account is R900.00 in arrears, but this is not for the car, it's for the car insurance (which is not with Absa). Absa paid for the car insurance without telling me, apparently this is in the contract; before I signed the contract everything else was mentioned but this important detail was not. Absa didn't bother to tell me this before paying for the car insurance, I only found out when they called last month. The account has now been handed over to Elisia Mahome, who I called to enquire about the account and arrange payment, he said he was driving and didn't have the file with him and said he'll sms me the information, but he never did!!! The call centre is also unable to assist!! This is pathetic!!
