I duly commend Ms. Puling on providing a painfree, smooth claim experience by following through on all commitments, providing clear and regular feedback, but most of all for her friendly nature and uplifting attitude, which offered some light at the end of the tunnel, in an otherwise unfortunate set of circumstances.
