Well done Zandri from Indwe Claims, eventually some one at Indwe that actually still believes in the way that business should be done and willing to listen to clients and actually gives feed back and gets results. Perhaps she should be put into training the other staff.

I have since been contacted by Indwe and it seems the problem will be sorted out eventually
