Cannot setup scheduled payments

It concerns me that after 20 days from my first complaint, and numerous telephone calls thereafter, FNB has still not been able to fix the scheduled payment issues on the new website. If you foresee this to remain a problem then I need to change banks. I do not have a laptop and if I cannot setup payments in advance before I go on holiday or are away from the office, I cannot do business. You can understand that it is not always possible for me to go into the office to make a payment on a specific day, hence the convenience of setting up payments in advance.

I find it unacceptable that I have to point this out to your technical team over and over again. I am a PAYING CUSTOMER, I'm not here to help them do their job. I fear that if they haven't been able to fix it in 20 days, they either do not have the skill or the problem is so severe that FNB must admit they messed up beyond belief and get their old site running again. What are these "technical guys" costing your customers, I wonder?
