I manage all my banking via the internet. I have the app on my phone, I access it from work and I have multiple PCs at home.
I recently logged into to FNB internet banking to attempt to update a scheduled (recurring) payment I set up and have had running for a significant amount of time.
I was unable to update this payment, and only received a Delete option. I also could not delete and re-add as there is no add option.
I sent a message to FNB to alert them of my difficulties. A week later I was told that certain functionality is only available from my main/primary pc. How ridiculous is it that! I am unable to access WEBSITE functionality from more than 1 PC? I was instructed to use telephone banking if I need the change implemented immediately.

This SECURITY measure also does not extend to other areas of the site, just scheduled payments!
EXTREMELY dissatisfied, completely baffling. Well done FNB!
