Dissapointed at the digusting service

A budget insurance client by the name of Shane Conley wife to Vaughn Conley bumped me at the back in a robot at Doornfontein Betrams street on the 26 of June 2013. We went to the police station to get the Accident Report.

She then requested that I get a quotation to compare and check if she can fix the car. I did and it was about R5000 and she then contacted her insurance to fix my car. I spoke to someone there and she said i need to take it for an assessment in Boksburg, of which i did, she said i need to send documentation to [Email Removed] and I did... Two weeks after i sent everything no one has contacted me. Can you tell me who do I need to speak to to fix this disgusting service. I WANT MY CAR FIXED as I didnt invite this ACCIDENT.
