Hi, I am very disappoint in the service I have received from FNB Cellphone dept in the past 3 weeks, I have been with FNB for over a year now and have had no problems with them up until recently. I started experiencing problems with my cellphone banking over 3 weeks ago whereby it kept on giving me an error message everytime I login to cellphone banking, I then called FNB Cellphone dept and I spoke to a gentleman who told me my issue will be sorted in 24 hours and I just need to switch my phone off and back on and I did just that however this issue was not resolved, I then called in again 2 weeks ago and a gentlemen again assisted me and gave me a Ref# 43251 and also promised me I would get feedback in 48 hours, I waited over a week and still have received no feedback whatsoever from FNB, I then called in AGAIN yesterday and I spoke to Brendon and he told me I now need to go the branch for cellphone banking as they cannot do anything for me telephonically which got me very upset as I was being assisted telephonically before, i then called AGAIN yesterday and spoke to Lerato who told me that he is escalating this issue for me again but he does not have a TAT for me. I am disgusted.
