I cannot get anyone to assist me

In Jan a company called REVCO called me about my Temporary loan not being paid causing my cheque account to be in debit. I made an arrangement to pay R500 a month which started end Jan. 2 Weeks ago a new collecting company Groenewald and Lubbe made threatening contact regarding the same account with the original amount before I started paying in Jan. I tried phoning FNB and was sent from pillar to post, everyone is clueless (Itumeleng 0875777546 Pretty 0875750090 Virginia 0113525369 and Duncan at 0877360911 never answers or is always engaged. IT IS ILLEGAL FOR DIFFERENT COMPANIES TO COLLECT ON THE SAME ACCOUNT. Furthermore the contact details FNB provided to GLA is so from 7 years ago. I've never received any letter, sms, call since it was incorrect details and still I'm charged fees??? I am so traumatised and stressed out. I've made my arrangement, I've been paying why should I now be going through this struggle and how can FNB be so uncaring. I really want to settle my debt, but cannot afford to pay the same account twice! PLEASE HELP ME!!! :'( :'(
