Am I the only one or is this a

I have a huge concern with regards to the service that OM is using to their customer. My only concern is how many people goes through this type of service and do they do it on purpose just to rob people money. I have a policy that has matured and I receive letters that I have been informed and when I get to the OM center I am given the runaround to Nedbank, ABSA, Nedlife and all these places and I wonder how money people that give up like me how much money have been forfeited and OM has gained out of these tricks they play. I have visited branches in Maponya Mall and I spent an hour without any help but referred to Southgate I visited the branch they referred me to Nedbank that referred me to ABSA and back to OM in Johannesburg. Johannesburg OM referred me to Nedbank that referred me to Nedlife that said they do not have my records but they are having my matured policy money. This brings a clear indication as to are they really to be trusted and how much money the owe people and they give them lame reasons and all these referrals?

All these visits are time linked where one need to leave work early or just spend time for absolutely nothing.
