I was mislead by the bank thinking I am paying back an old overdraft while in fact the payment went back into the same account decreasing the current overdraft without me realising when the dispute started I was passed on from one person to the other without anybody that could help me I was referred to 7 different people at the end when money came into my account they just cancelled the current overdraft and took all the money that came in without notifying me leaving me without money and no way to carry on with my work for the rest of the month
