I applied for a 100 percent bond with FNB because i bank with them. They came back with a straight decline, not even offering something atleast. I thought i banked with them for around four years and i hold a platinum account someone from FNB could have helped me. I was wrong. I then went to another bank who approved my bond of 90 percent with a smile. Funny thing is i dont even bank with the bank that approved it. I want to no how does FNB claim to value their customers and why they didnt even offer me a 90 percent bond in the first place. I am now going to switch banks to a bank who knows that i am a good customer, .As far as i am concerned FNB promises but doesnt deliver. But hey, what does FNB care to loose one Unhappy customer?
