Unspeakable service-funds missing from November'12

5 November'12 I requested a settlement letter and it was provided same day with someone elses details on there and i requested another and was given the banking details and reference number which I paid into on the 7 November'12 proof of payment sent to a Ntombikayise Mayisa from Brian Blignaut Attorneys then there was no further feedback, two men came to my work place regarding the payment claiming they from lawyers and had summons, one in December'12 gave them the proof of payment one on the 12th of April 2013, thats when I made a call to the then Brian Blignaut Attorneys the now Nudebt consultant called Jonne Grootboom said i must send proof of payment and she advised that she has sent the details for allocation, once this is done successfully the account balance will reflect R00.00 and her Supervisors will close the account and that i will get confirmation when all is done. I kept e-mailing there after every week as there was no feedback provided as I requested for a paid up letter as well as a credit update on the 24 April she tells me that she can no longer help me as she has been instructed to tell me to refer to Bridge loans however Bridge loans advise they have no funds.
