After reading all the complaints on HelloPeter.com I thought i would email [Email Removed] first - this email adress does not work. I too feel the same way as 3 other clients that were declined and now had to pay a fee of R79.99.
With all due respect, you should notify people in big bold letters on your website that your account will get debited whether or not you loan is approved. I guess you not able to do this as nobody would apply for loans through your company.
Please can you urgently ensure that my monies are refunded into my account.
