Following my complaint dd 22 Feb13, no further progress has been made nor feedback irt the finalisation of my claim, the standard sla to me was communcated as 48 hours for claim to be finalised, today is the 18th March which is almost two months from first contact regarding the claim. i am now taking the matter up with the relevant ombudsman office, thanks for your poor service and complaints handling process which in iteslf is not adequate hence my complaint still not resolved a month later. MTN branch also conducts weekly follow ups and feedback is also not promising from their interactions with you.
