She is by far their largest asset

I'd like to say thank you to Yolandi from the Getbucks live chat helpline.

She is very knowledgable, patient, customer centric & far from lazy to go the extra to mile. She offered me a service I did not expect, she delivered a service that one would very rarely get, she is one super agent that I would soon not forget.

What I loved about her service is:
> I did not have to ask for a service or solution, she provided/offered it.
> I did not have to fear that I was waisting her time as she assured me that she's be there to the end even if she had to stay in after her shift ended.
> She assisted me in areas where I had failed.

If I had to deal with any employee from her office, her manager can jump because I'd ask for her every time & advise everyone to do the same.

Yolandi if you reading this... Thank you & keep up the amazing art of service you showed me today.
