I was looking after my mothers house when I noticed that a drain at her house was blocked. I called OUTsurance and was assisted by Merriam from their rescue department. She was very helpful and friendly. I was kept up to speed of the process and called to find out if the plumber has arrived yet twice by OUTsurance.
My parents were on their way back from Modimolle by the time I called OUTsurance which is about 130km.
Plumber called within 5 min after the call with Merriam and arrived within 30 min. When my parents arrived from their holiday DRAIN SORTED and the plumber already left (STARPLEX MAINTENANCE). How's that for service!! Very glad I'm also an OUTsurance client. Keep up the good service
