I was Insured with Outsurance since September 2012 but what a DISAPPOINTMENT to change to Outsurance!!!
They Broke into my house the 18th of August 2013 and took all of our safes and valuable goods while my child was in the flat in the back of the yard.
As my child was in the flat in the back of the yard the alarm was not set as she was entering the house while she was on the premises.
Outsurance declined the claim (claim no: 100848311) as Troy Coetzee the assessor announced that there was no forth safe in the main bedroom as all the evidence was there after the break in unfortunately they wanted a Photo of the safe itself but be serious who takes a photo of a safe.
We were put up as as outsurance said we about the forth safe.
Therefore we can not get any insurance further.
That is why outsurance can pay you R400 if they can't beat your quote because they don't pay out your claims.
