Quick Response and problem solved

A few days ago I posted a complaint about Standard Bank, I am pleased to say that I have now changed that to a compliment. After my recent post on Weds 2014/01/15, The next morning I received a call from Vernolia who is from the department with feedback on my claim and I was told that I would be refunded the full amount that was taken from my account within the next 48 hours. I expected it to take longer and prepared myself for a long wait, but thankfully that was not the case it had been less than 48 hours and the money was transferred into my account. I would just like to thank Standard Bank for dealing with my complaint and allowing my voice to be heard. A bigger Thank you goes out to Vernolia keep up the good work.
