Unlawful DEDUCTION FROM MY ACCOUNT

FNB CLAIMS that FNB CREDIT CARD SERVICES deducted the amount R2370 from my account as an Early Debit Order / Garnishee / EAO.

How the did they come to the conclusion that I owe that money? Where is the communications or phone call or email etc. They are just. The BASA reached an agreement between Major banks in 2012 that no such deductions will take place, but they continue.

Please provide me with proof of Debts. Proof of garnishee/ EAO. Please provide me with any communication between myself and the FNB or the representative.

I am definitely not impressed and will have to consider moving the family accounts and home loan ASAP.
