This is the worst standard bank by far, considering that there is no form of proper functioning internal system for that branch, to get a statement I waited more than 2 hours in the bank, due to the fact that the employees have no idea what they are doing! They are not computer literate. There cannot be one station dedicated for statement retrieval, that's ridiculous.
