Just been informed by the call-centre the systems were off-line...
So, just because the systems were off-line, how do we deal with the embarrassment? Tried both my and my wife's cards and both were declined with message "Do not deliver goods". Went to a second place - same thing.
This is way beyond acceptable. What about DR/BCP facilities? Its a poor, poor excuse to say the systems were off-line!!!
This is almost Government Service/SANRAL-style patheticness!!!
