Where does one begin to describe the utter disgust I have for FNB.

I entered into a new development in mitchells plain cape town. Absa, Standard bank and FNB were the banks that the bond brokers advised that were on board. Our Bond was approved through FNB yet almost a year has passed where FNB continues to drag it's heels while ABSA and Standard Bank have approved the bonds for their clients and their clients houses are being built while FNB's customers are left waiting for FNB to approve this when they have been provided all the necessary documents needed. Documents were asked for and required documents were provided yet every time FNB comes up with some excuse and the process delayed while their customers are left with out solid answers and an uncertainty as to when the building of our houses can commence and we are left in limbo. I used to think FNB cared about their customers yet this is further proof that you are just happy to take our money and provide mediocre service. I have never had such a distain for a company or department like FNB housing.
