Bond application nightmare

Having applied for a bond last week 16/11/2013 ref 461 2997 and furnishing the bank with all indicated necessary documents I have been incredibly dissapointed with the lack of service from standard bank.

They have neglected to update data several times, keep requesting additional documents at the last minute, and re-requesting information they already have in their possession. This has resulted in the assessor being delayed and now we are sitting a week into this process and no progress.

The agent is sitting waiting for the assesor so that we can actually finish this nightmare of a process and know that we will have a home next year to live in. The bond amount is well below my available limit and pre-approved.

Every phonecall is a different consultant which leaves no faith in the system or quality assurance. Totally disgusted and seriously considering changing banks.
