Paying almost double for prepaid power!!!

Hi, I just bought r100 prepaid power (and r100 is off my account) on online banking (fnb app) now the app says i bought 71.2kwh @ 78.88c/kwh, now this is actually just r56.17 worth of power at the rate, i should have recieved 128.77 units of power for my r100 according to FNB (i have a screenshot of what rate you charged me per unit), now i phoned your call center but the 1st call i can hear people in the background but no help, 2nd call the person was useless (cut the call when i asked to speak to a supervisor), 3rd call the person just kept on saying take it up with citypower, now tell me if you go put in fuel at a garage and they charge you r26/l of fuel, who will you take this up with? the garage of the supplier? i am very disappointed with the service from FNB, if this is how you are going to charge me, i will rather not use your services in the future.
