We had a break in about a month ago. The assessor they send out made us feel like criminals in our own home. Its been more than 3weeks and we still have no idea if our claim is being paid out or not. In the meantime outsurance send us our new policy with higher payments they expect you to just pay but we can't even get an answer about our claim!! I am verry upset with the way they are handeling this hole thing.
