MASINGITA is not helpful at all

I got broken into on 11/01/2014 i spoke to masingita on the following Monday 13/01/2014 he then asked me to send through everything stamped and signed by the police which i did and then he said he would only be able to get back to me on Wednesday 22/01/2014 (already been 1.5 weeks) which he failed to do so i phoned him and left a message that afternoon he never phoned me back, I then got through again at 16h30 on Wednesday and he said he has not finished his documents this should be done by Friday and he will then hand it in to his manager to sign... WHATEVER!!! Thank goodness Nicolene Green came to the rescue and helped, called me back and my claim was done within the day, Masingita had done NOTHING!!

Nicolene Green was so helpful and knew exactly what she was doing and in 1 day they claim had been processed and i had been paid out. Nicolene just helped Virgin keep me as a customer because after speaking to Masingita I was looking to move ASAP as it was such an unpleasant experience dealing with Masingita who can barely speak English..

Thank you Nicolene for all your help, It was so nice to deal with someone that enjoys what they do. You really are a star!!
