Account outstanding since November 2012

My son was admitted to hospital in November 2012 and we have been battling since then to have a pathology account paid. As the blood tests were done in hospital it should be covered. The doctor's bill is also not paid as she is not on the medical network, but the network GP referred us to her and she practices at the hospital we are allowed to attend??? Besides, this is in hospital expenses so I cannot understand why we are not being helped. I have asked for feedback from Nicolene and Precious and they keep telling me that they did not receive the claim forms when I have sent it on numerous occassions and have proof that it was delivered. Your administration methods, or lack thereof is not my problem. I also have keep following up as no one gets back to me even when I ask!!! The Manager, Rene, left a voice message on my phone, with an abrupt tone, stating she would call back in the morning, we are now on the second morning and she still has not called even though I went back again to ask Nicolene to ask her manager to call me back. This "Medical Aid" feels like a, great ads and fantastic promises, but they don't tell you what they won't do for you upfront!
