EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I never thought I would be writing this but I find myself obliged to do it. After all it is the right thing to do, for anybody who has integrity.

I am in a customer service myself and I know what it is like to be wowed.

I was on the verge of leaving Nedbank and looking somewhere else for my banking need until I met one special person who was prepared to change my perception in a way that I cannot describe.

I have been with Nedbank for about 10 years now and recently I needed a few things from them but I found myself confronted with people who not only did not know what they were doing but had no passion, no drive and had no clue of what a service industry is all about especially in the times we are living in, in South Africa where there is so much competition.

This lady not only convinced me to stay with Nedbank but met all my needs, kept to her promises, had integrity, was friendly, courteous and above all she is very driven, loves what she is doing, knows what she is doing and is an asset to Nedbank.

I am talking about FATIMA AMEER from you branch in Flora Centre Johannesburg.

Big ups to you Fatima, keep on doing what you do and more. bless you indeed
