Digital planet delivered a smart device on the 18 december and I have not had signal on the device. I called to report this on the 30 december and I have been sent from pillar to post. Now the device was only collected yesterday after threatening with omburdsman. I now wonder what will happen now that they have the device. Will I still need to follow up with them or what? The service is terrible and. Horriible. I asked about cancelling and was informed there will be a cancellation fee. I just wonder how much it is and what it is for. I have. Not received at least one call on the device but I got to pay to cancel. Fnb I suggest you stickk only to bankiing. Only cos you are failing us dearly
