I phoned to make an arrangement on my loan account. I was unemployed for 18 months and couldn't pay, now im employed again made an arrangement on my loan to pay, I need a letter confirming i have made an arrangement and direct axis is telling me i need to wait three months. I need this letter because I went for another interview at another company for a better salary. The company needs that letter. Now because of direct axis I am not going to get the new job. I don't think it is fair!!! Please can someone help me!!!
