First National Bank
No help what so ever!!!

This has got to be one of the worst banks. I order my card last year September and i havnt received it yet!!!

They have cancelled my card for the second time and i was not notified.
i need to speak to 3 different people for the 3 cards that i have ordered.

i ordered a petrol card- no track of that
i was on hold for most of the call and i need to email for someone to respond to be.

this call centre has no urgency to do anything- Pathetic!!!

spoke to mfanifeni mdlalose- supposed to be handling my query.
