What a dissapointment

After 8 weeks from December 11, been waiting for my provident fund payout, they still did not process it because they say my banking details is wrong, thanks to Beulla who is so kind and helpfull to tell me that. when i phoned back a very rude lady is telling me that I should waiti for another 3 weeks to get my money. this is so pathetic, of all the companies i thought old mutual was better, This makes me think twice. Was thinking of taking up a life cover with them, but it looks like I will be causing myself misery with them.
