My credit record (from ITC) indicates that "Default" on this account was recorded on the 26th October 2011 and yet the "Judgement" was on the 23rd April 2010.
Why would Nedbank list a "Judgement" before "Default"? It should be the other way around.
What's really annoying and insulting is a Nedbank representative telling me that they will resolve this and come back to me and yet close to 3 weeks without any response...
I need a letter from Nedbank saying this is incorrect and should be rectified on my ITC record.
