We opened a business account almost a year ago with Deven the manager of this branch This account has still not been activated after having to resubmit all documents, ID's etc. Have left numerous messages and even left a handwritten letter at the bank for him to respond to. To date not one phone call returned. Not sure what to do next - maybe just close the account and move to another bank?
