Since 18 August 2013 we struggled to have our swimmingpool repaired / replaced. We made a million calls to your department and never did any one got back to us. We always had to phone to find out what is happening.
Yesterday morning I phoned your complaints department and the case was given to Aneesah. She phoned me back, twice. Listened very patiently and adviced. Every time she said she will do something it happened. After struggling for 5 months I thought "another waiting period will follow, and all are just empty promises". Was I wrong - this morning 08h50 EVERYTHING was sorted out, all documents were signed, submitted and dealt with. Still awaiting the final process, but Aneesah did more for me in the last 24 hours that any one else did in the insurance department. She was always patient, professional and "on the ball". Please thank her again on my behalf. She put my faith back into the Nedbank Group.
