NEDBANK PERSONAL LOANS DEPARTMENT APPAULING

I do not know where to start.
I took out a personal loan in November 2011. I never missed a whole months payment, maybe have been a little late in paying a couple of times. I did take a 3 months grace period as did not have the funds to pay the full amount at that time.
I phoned the department almost every month with issues that had occurred. Most instances were on their behalf. They would just take money when and how they pleased. There were many times when emails, phone calls etc were made to sort issues out. It caused me many headaches.
I managed to pay off (R13000-00 in May 2013 and the outstanding amount of about R1600-00 in June 2013) the outstanding balance in full about 6 months before the term had come to an end.
I still have not to this day received confirmation of the account being paid.
I am a single mother and in dire need of a vehicle and this whole issue is now affecting my application and causing me to be declined.
I need a vehicle to get my children to school and myself to work.
I am very infuriated and tired of dealing with these incompetent people. I have never dealt with a department as useless as this one!!! I need this issue sorted out ASAP!!!
