Shocking staff

Firstly i am a absa client for over 20 years and have a platinum cheque account. this is their second blazen do not care attitude.
my application for a student loan for my son was first approved by the call centre however the person dealing with me had a limited intellectual capacity. maybe the product our new south african schooling system.
i own a franchise with an international company and get paid fees by them on a monthly basis. i have an employment / franchise contract in place with them which is in place for 30 months.
this imbecile did not want to listen to me about what my employment entails and because he saw the word contract he stated that absa do not grant student loans to contract workers. he phoned telkom to get the contact details to verify my employment details when my payslips clearly had the contact details on them.
the person that he contacted gave him the incorrect details and when i asked him for the number that he phoned he could not do so. i even offered to get him the correct verifications and he arrogantly said no.
this is pathetic that a person can be brushed off so easily... where is the world class customer centric service... shame on you ABSA
