I COULDNT REGISTER A CLAIM & IT IS STILL IGNORED

PHONING THEM ON THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT (10/07/13) I WAS TOLD THAT MY POLICY DOES NOT EXIST.
2 DAYS LATER MY CLAIM COULD STILL NOT BE REGISTERED AS THE PHONE LINES WERE DOWN AND THEY CANNOT PHONE THEIR CLIENTS BACK. I FINALLY GOT HOLD OF TSHADI AND WAS TOLD THAT SHE WILL PHONE ME 16/07/2013 TO TELL ME WHAT THE ASSESSOR DECIDED.

I HAD TO PHONE AGAIN ONLY TO BE NOTIFIED THAT NO ASSESSOR HAS BEEN SENT OUT AND THAT NO MANAGER IS AVAILABLE FOR ME TO SPEAK TO. NO APOLOGIES FOR THE SERVICE, ASSISTANCE AS PROMISED ON THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT IN THEIR ADVERTS - NOTHING. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND FORCE YOU TO DRIVE OFF TO PROVE TO THEM THEY NEED TO DELIVER AFTER BEING HIT BY A 10T TRUCK, THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! STILL NO RESPONSE, AND MANAGEMENT ARE STILL HAVING LUNCH.

I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT IN A FIRM THIS SIZE CASES LIKE THESE GET IGNORED AND JUST LEFT.

I AM FULLY AWARE THAT THE PROCESS TAKES TIME, BUT 3 DAYS TO GET A CLAIMN REGISTERED AS NO ONE WILL PHONE YOU BACK BECAUSE THEIR LINES ARE DEAD, AND ANOTHER 7 WORKING DAYS TO GET AN ASSESSOR OUT? IMPOSSIBLE!!
