Lack of feedback from investigators!!

My bank card was swallowed by the atm on the 27th of November 2013, and as a result of that money was out of my account. I blocked my card immediately and a case was opened. I called the call centre numerous times, for an update bt it was only on the 17th of Jan 2014 that after numerous calls to the call center had been that someone from the department tried to make contact with me. I unfortunately could not take their call and had requested the call center agents to make a note that I should only be contacted on my landline during office hours. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service from the department and Standard Bank, as it is almost impossible to get through to the investigators and they hardly return calls. They made no effort in trying to update me as they have all my details, instead they failed to deliver on the empty promises I was told by the staff at the branch. Iam changing banks and no longer want anything to with them!!
