In October 2013 my car was written off within one month of purchasing it, I then contacted my dealer and asked them to request a refund from Regent for the Extended warranty and Paintech plan I purchased with the car.
The dealer advised me that Regent had agreed to refund a pro-rata amount back to the bank I purchased my car through.
I have been following up with the dealer twice a week for 3 months now and have still not received any feedback on the refund status from Regent.
