I had my cell phone blackberry 9900 almost from my hand, managed to hold onto it but it fell and broke.
contacted dial direct claims department on the 20th Jan reported the claim to Nathalie, she logged the claim and sent a courier the following day to collect the phoe to assess the damage, within 3 hours later the report was filed and when i called in again, i spoke to Arusha who gladly helped me to resolve the claim.

claim was approved and i will be getting the replacement value and also can choose any phone for the same value.
they all were very polite and kept me informed, Guys well done and keep up the good work, it is staff like yourselves that make up a company... thank you
