I chose get bucks because of their transparency, affordable interest and speedy pay out's. I applied for a second loan in December but was declined because of an existing loan. I decided to repay the outstanding amount in full so that I am able to take out a bigger loan seeing that my car broke down in the middle of December and the cash I had available was too little. My loan was approved on the 03/01/14 and all went well until I receive an sms from them saying that my account will be debited on the 26/01/14 for the amount of R2011.Michelle forwarded my contract to the collection dept which shows that the amount that will be debited on the 26/02/14 is R1977.13 instead of the R2011 as stated by the sms. The collection dept replied to my query saying they made an error on their side and I have two choices, I can either let the amount of R2011 go off as intended on the 26/01/14, save on interest and be able to take out another loan or it can be deducted on the 26/02/14 as per the contract and be charged more interest. How can they be transparent if the whole contract is wrong, repayment amount and date and why must I be kept liable? Is this legal? Is'nt a contract binding? Great service Michelle
