I was admitted to hospital in November of 2012 for pain and later for surgery (to relieve the pain). A few weeks ago I received an account from the anaethetist - there was a shortfall in the payment. I subsequently paid the outstanding amount and QUERIED Bestmed on the shortfall. Did I get a response - no. So I tried again and again - still nothing. Next thing I know, I receive a refund from Bestmed (not that I am complaining about that) but I would have appreciated an explanation first.
A few days ago I received an account from the physios saying Bestmed has not paid them for services rendered in November. Since then, I have been trying to get a response from Bestmed regarding this and asking them - each time - to confirm receipt of my e-mails (paper trail you know). Needless to say, they are mute (or perhaps fingerless and unable to type). I do not know.
I do know that their service is shocking, when all I ask for is an e-mail confirmation of receipt of my e-mail and a note to say the account will be settled. Or, if not, why not - then I will settle the account.
