I once took an insurance with mccarthy (Shortfall). I called them last year October advising them that the car has been sold and i don't need a short fall anymore.to my surprise my account is still being debited to this day. On the 25 July I placed a stop order with my bank and my account is still being debited with a different reference. I need my funds to be transfered back into my banking account, .I have been paying a shortfall for a car that has been sold a year ago. Bad customer services
