FICA NIGHTMARE " SORRY THESE ARE OUR POLICIES ""

NO 1, i stay with my mom, we are renting (no lease agreement). All accounts are posted to me to ensure that i actiually recieve all documentation and that it is not picked UP by strangers as the complex i stay in does not make provision for pigeon holes to ensure an aspect of security. My personal information should remain MY personal information. I thought I could provide my insurance vehicle and contents policy only to be told that this is not acceptable - i ask myself why would i risk providing incorrect details to my insurer who may repudiate any claim i have in the event of false information being given - i am not an to do so. 2 - i was told that i could bring in a multichoice statement which is in my moms name accomanied by a cohabitation form - please note that the statement was obtained from the MULTICHOICE agency In LENASIA!!! As mentioned previously - no statements are posted, but we have DSTV signal - COMMON SENSE.Enquired as to whether a site visit is possible told it was not our policy but let me tell you STANDARD BANK does so - ask yourself this how is Nedbank compliant with TREATING CUSTOMERS FAIRLY (TCF) and CPA - non compliance i would say!!!
